Our Bradford smokehouse brings together USDA brisket, dino ribs, lamb ribs, Texas links, sandwiches and sharing platters. The franchise model takes that menu and brand into a format suited to the proposed premises.

START WITH
SUPPORT.
The £25,000 initial franchise fee includes 10 days of in-person staff training and opening support from Tiberius Tudor. All meats are supplied through Meat Bros to keep operations straightforward.
Support also includes equipment and shop-fitting sourcing and consultancy. Purchases, works and premises requirements are scoped for each site. The ongoing franchise fee is 5%, with a 1% marketing fee; calculation details and payment schedules are set out in the franchise agreement.
